1. Who is responsible
[OWNER LEGAL NAME OR COMPANY], [ADDRESS, COUNTRY] ("we") is responsible for your personal data on onepromptreels.space. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
- Purchase data: the order ID, product, price, currency and status we receive from Paddle. We never see or store your full card details.
- Course progress: which lessons you marked as complete.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) kept by our hosting provider for security.
The studio itself runs on your own computer. We do not receive the videos, prompts, photos or files you make with it.
3. Why we use it
To deliver what you bought (create your account, send your access email, give you downloads), to provide support, to prevent fraud, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers on this site.
4. Service providers
- Paddle.com — checkout, payment and tax (Merchant of Record). Paddle processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Supabase — user accounts, purchase records, progress and file storage.
- Resend — sending transactional emails (your access link, password resets).
- Vercel — website hosting.
These providers may process data outside your country, [OWNER: list transfer safeguards, e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses].
5. Cookies and storage
We use only what's needed for the site to work: your login session and lesson progress are stored in your browser's local storage. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies when you open it.
6. How long we keep it
Account and progress data: while your account exists. Purchase records: as long as required for tax and accounting ([e.g. 7 years]).
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR) you may have additional rights, including complaining to a data-protection authority.
8. Children
This product is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We'll update this page if anything changes; the date above shows the latest version.
