14-day refund

If One Prompt Reels isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. [OWNER: decide whether refunds are "no questions asked" or require that you tried the setup — and state it here.]

How to request a refund

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net to find your order, or
Email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the email you used to buy.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

After a refund

Your access to the student area and to studio downloads ends when the refund is processed. Please delete the studio files you downloaded.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
