Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE] · Applies to onepromptreels.space
1. Who we are
One Prompt Reels ("we", "us") is operated by [OWNER LEGAL NAME OR COMPANY], [ADDRESS, COUNTRY]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. What you buy
A one-time purchase ($66 USD, plus any applicable tax) gives you a personal, non-transferable license to: the One Prompt Reels studio folder for Mac and Windows (a set of files you open in Claude Code), the video lessons and the written Guide in the student area, and future updates to the studio that we publish there.
3. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.
4. What you need separately
The studio runs inside Claude Code, which requires your own paid Claude subscription from Anthropic (for example Pro or Max). That subscription is a separate agreement between you and Anthropic; we are not affiliated with Anthropic and do not control its prices, limits or availability. You also need a compatible Mac or Windows computer with enough free disk space.
5. License and acceptable use
- You may use the studio to make videos for yourself and for your clients, including commercial use.
- You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the studio folder, the lessons or the Guide, or give other people access to your student account.
- Third-party components included in the studio (fonts, voices, render tools, music) keep their own licenses, listed in the studio's
licensesfolder. - You are responsible for the videos you make and publish: you need the rights to any photo, logo, trademark or person you use, and every claim, price and offer in an ad must be true.
6. No guarantees of results
We do not promise views, followers, income or that any video will go viral. The look and quality of each video depend on your prompt, your computer and the tools involved. Software can have bugs; we fix them in updates on a reasonable-effort basis. The Windows version is new.
7. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
8. Access and termination
Lifetime access means for as long as we operate the student area. If we ever shut it down, we will give at least [30] days' notice so you can download your files. We may suspend accounts that share or resell access, or that request a chargeback for a purchase that was delivered.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. [OWNER: confirm with counsel for your jurisdiction.]
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
